So I have been busting at the seams waiting to tell the world that we were asked to participate in a Food Network "How do you Iron Chef" spot. About a week before the shoot the production schedule was changed. As a result, I, myself could not do the spot because I was to be in NY that day. I was sooooo bummed. My husband, the hero, agreed to do it in my place. So all was saved. It airs today, August 30th! Watch for it.
