Chicken Milanese Salad
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken cutlets cut into bite size pieces
- 2 cups of mixed green salad
- ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup Lemon-Honey Vinaigrette
Directions:
- Mix the chicken, greens and cheese together and add ¼ cup of dressing and toss.
- Serve with multi-grain crackers or dinner roll.
