Deviled Ham
Notes/Suggestions: Around the holidays some of us bake off a holiday ham and then have tons left over. Here is a great way to use it up and the kids can do most of the work.Ingredients:
- 1 lb of cooked ham cut into1 inch pieces
- 3 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tbsp Dried Mustard
- 2 Tbsp butter, softened
- 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Dried Onion or 1 tsp onion powder
- 4 Tbsp Sweet Relish
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- In a food processor, combine all ingredients into a course pureed. Transfer to a bowl and cover.
- Chill well before serving. Serve with crackers or small sliced bread.
- It can also be put into a reuseable container and sent to school.
